Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 partial payment is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.  Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100,000 miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for ‘auto shippers’. In addition, we are about 10 minutes from the Atlanta International Airport. We are always happy to pick you up from the airport.
If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

The following terms of sale apply to all of our eBay online sales.

Payment Methods Cash in person only, certified check, wire transfer, our financing sources or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.

Partial Payment   The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 non-refundable partial payment within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. We recommend using a Credit Card for the partial payment but may accept other forms of payment.

Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes in fulfillment of each state's obligation) within 5 days of the close of the auction unless otherwise agreed by both parties. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes Titling information must be supplied to dealer. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and Dealer fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered all vehicle sales must be registered and titled in the United States.

Dealer Fees added on all vehicle sales from Allan Vigil Ford will be a $379.00 Administrative fee ( all states ). / $3 Warranty Rights ( new vehicles only). / $18 Titling (in GA only).

Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We can assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received and all documentation must be completed before the vehicle is released to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Allan Vigil Ford has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Allan Vigil Ford welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer’s inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Bid Retractions Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auction end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders with a High Negative feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.

Successful Bidder The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Allan Vigil Ford within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. We will not be responsible for vehicles left over 10 working days.

Non-Paying Bidder If the partial payment is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer
